EPS Solar Photovoltaic System module manufacturing facility is set up with latest state of art Tabber/stringers Komax X2 from KOMAX Group, PA, USA.

 

Auto layup is carried out by GL 30 Robot systems integrated to the Komax X2 machine. An inline pre lamination EL inspection of PV matrix by Komax XINSPECT 4000ic ensures 100% quality of the PV modules.

 

Auto conveyor systems transfer the WIP from one process to the other with minimum manual interference and ensuring best quality of the final product.

 

Best in class oil heating laminators are used in the lamination process, again to add to long term reliability of the product.

 

To provide the best module testing feature, flash tester from PASAN, Switzerland is used for 100% PV modules inspection.
